Her raven locks were worn in a chic vintage style beneath her scarf, while she upped the glam with a bold make-up look including coordinating red lips.
Meanwhile, Offset dressed to impress in a smart black suit worn with a satin black tie and shiny black shoes.
However, the rapper decided to up the ante with his look as he then donned a quirky bejewelled headpiece for the event.
The music star, who is real name Kiari Kendrell Cephus - was seen being helped into the headgear by assistance as he sought to make an impact on the carpet.
